What Does It Mean To Live Spirit, Mind, Body?

What does it mean when we say, “Spirit, Mind, Body”?

It means that you are choosing to live your life based on your inner spirit and make choices when you are connected to your that inner wisdom in every area of your life. Whatever you call it, in Spirit, you feel the peace of your connection, you are detached and you experience consciousness as a global perspective.

Example:

You have a sense that you need to pay extra attention to your driving today. While on the freeway, you get a sense that you need to put on your brakes, and you do, and then suddenly someone abruptly swerves into your lane. If you hadn’t braked your car, you would have rear-ended them.

Words are powerful and you should be intentional in using them. What happens if you start living in a different sequence and start getting in your head too much, or if you only base choices on physical circumstances? Instead of a Spirit, Mind, Body way of living and making choices here are a few examples of putting that “Spirit” part last in the sequence of living life.

What does it mean when we say, “Mind, Body, Spirit”?

It means that you make decisions based on your thoughts. You may have a lot of thoughts and are trying to figure out your next best decision based on what is currently happening in your life. It can be stressful, but you know you can get through it most of the time.

Example:

You have a lot to do at work today. While driving, you are mentally figuring out how to get everything done. Suddenly, someone swerves into your lane and you rear-end them. You are caught up in all your stressful thoughts for the rest of the day.

What does it mean when we say, “Body, Mind, Spirit”?

It means that you make decisions based on the physical things that happen to you in life. You may tend to wait for something to happen in your life before you make decisions. This can lead to feeling that you are a victim of circumstance because you aren’t always making decisions proactively.

Example:

A car swerves into your lane while you are driving to work and you rear-end them. You can’t drive your car because of the damage and they don’t have insurance. You are incredibly angry and think that life isn’t fair and nothing turns out right as you try and get your car fixed. They don’t have the part, so you have to wait. Then, your insurance doesn’t pay for a rental car. You have to pay your deductible. You are behind at work. You are furious about the whole thing and tell everyone you can about how unfair it all is.

Can you be in Spirit, Mind, Body in most of the areas of your life and not in some?

Yes.

Your commitment can be to having a Spirit, Mind, Body experience, but you also might find areas of your life where you have difficulty trusting your inner guidance, or there may be messages you may feel resistant to following.

But, when you are committed to living a Spirit, Mind, Body life, you will do what you can to bring yourself back to your Spirit. You will get the collaboration you need so that you don’t stay in negative thoughts and emotions. You will do everything you can to connect back to your inner spirit.

How will I know which one of these I am in?

If you are experiencing pain, struggle, or fear, you are not in your spirit (so, you are either spinning in your mindful thoughts or fighting the physical things happening in your life).

Your spirit will offer a sense of peace and safety, as well as love and acceptance to what is occurring in your life. And you will understand the steps you need to take to move your life forward. You know there is something divinely beautiful in the universe and within you that you can connect to that brings unity to us all.

If you are in Spirit, Mind, Body, will you ever go out of alignment?

Of course, you will. We are all human and we don’t always see things from the perspective of Spirit here on earth. As we open our awareness and consciousness to our inner spirit, we are able to connect back quicker and easier.

What if I enjoy being in Mind, Body, Spirit? My life is going well.

We are not here to tell anyone what they ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’ do or what priorities you should have. Your inner spirit is YOURS. You get to choose how you want to live your life and what decisions you want to make and how you want to make them. We are all on our personal life journeys and all should be honored. You are the only person who is going to know how you want to experience your life and your spirit.

All we do is offer tools to help you get back into your spirit if that is what you would like. If not, we can still enjoy our journeys with love, together.

If you haven’t done the work to live Spirit, Mind, Body yet, we’d invite you to look into the Blueprint Curriculum for yourself, click to learn more.
